While Working For Allied Bakeries:
Allied Bakeries Run 3 Bread Plants & 1 Snowball Plant 24 hours a day with only 1 Rest day for each plant per week, The Plants are Lanham, Spooner & Baker Perkins.
I have been trained for various duties these are:
Attending Mechanical & Electrical Breakdowns on all of the above Plants to keep them Running as there is only a ten minute period were the plant can stop before product is lost.
The Lanham Plant Runs on Mitsubishi MM Plus, While the Spooner & Baker Perkins Run on GX IEC Developer, The Flour System by SGMI & Olympus.
Servicing of: Thurne Bag Tyre, Ibonhart Bagger, Bread Slicer, Compular Label Printer, Cintex Metal detector, Lohma Metal detector, Turkington Basket Filler & Basket Stacker. Timing of Chain belts and Timing using a Mac 50. My Servicing is from both Engineering & Electrical.
