SYNOPSIS OF EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE, RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES.

Have extensive experience within Petro/Chemical, LNG, Construction & Production Industries Offshore and On shore, Heavy & Light Mechanical Engineering, Textile Industries & Service Industries.

My work has involved the construction and commissioning of large EPC contracts for LNG and Oil related projects, my direct responsibilities to date have involved areas such as (Power generation, Flare Stack, Jetty construction, subcontractor facilities) on plot areas & Commissioning that required a high level of hands on HSE supervision of hot and cold flushing and cleaning, high pressure testing both Hydro & Pneumatic Inspection & test running of equipment, Also the development of HSE Manuals and Procedures, statistics and close supervision, auditing and inspection of contractors and subcontractors alike.

Possess excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal) including delivery of training courses for Company and Subcontractor personnel on and off site (inc foreign nationals) in all aspects of HSE, induction, Safe Systems of Work, Abrasive Wheels, PPE, Manual Handling, Health & Safety Law, Environmental Protection etc, within construction, manufacturing and production industries.

Have advised management at all levels on all aspects involving Health, Safety & Environment issues including legal, company duties / responsibilities, procedures commiserate with operations undertaken.

Have been involved with the development of company ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and have also been involved with the auditing and supervision of company and subcontractor HSE activities in both construction and production modes.

Have conducted investigation of Accidents, Incidents & Near misses in line with Company, Client (Tri-Pod) and legislative requirements.

Have undertaken assessments /hazard identification in line with operations:- Risk to employees and equipment, C.O.S.H.H, Manual Handling, Display Screen Equipment, Management of Health & Safety, L.O.L.E.R, P.U.W.E.R .
