Employed by Kanthal Limited, Perth - manufacturer of ceramic electric heating elements that are sold through the worldwide network of Kanthal subsidiary companies and agents. Part of Kanthal AB (Sweden), in turn a division of Sandvik AB.My role with the Perth based company changed and grew during those 26 years from Development Engineer to multi-functional Site Management.

In charge of day-to-day Perth site issues and specifically Research & Development, Purchasing, Quality, Environment, Energy, Health & Safety and company Intellectual Property Rights.
