Brief:

To provide focused engineering management to multi-discipline project teams responsible for the implementation of international subsea plant infrastructure (Oil and Gas,Telecoms) through out all stages of the project life cycle. The primary function, to provide technical, commercial and project management skills in support of project teams tasked with the design, build, and maintenance of submarine systems and structures. Procure, manage equipment and field-based personnel responsible for supervising marine and terrestrial construction activities. A detailed knowledge of the technical requirements and commercial issues combined with a broad understanding of the philosophies associated with the following project packages and systems.

· Project planing, feasibility studies, Industry wide maintenance agreements.

· Permit regulative procedures, marine auditing management requirements.

· Terrestrial and Hydrographical survey techniques and standards

· Cable and Pipe lay consulting, route selection and crossings.

· Subsea cable repairs, jointing, and testing.

· Shallow and deep-water sub sea plant installation and maintenance.

· Post installation remedial works, maintenance, and inspection engineering.

· Jacket, wellhead, riser, template and umbilical control systems,

· Ssubsea completions, work over, X'tree and well tie-in,

· Remote subsea plant intervention tasking, ROV tooling intervention

· ROV systems design, applications and auditing fit for purpose.

· Testing, commissioning of sub sea plant and control systems

· Engineering expertise with plough, backhoe and diving systems.
