• Act as the key contact point for all Group publications and marketing material to ensure that information is up to date and follows a consistent corporate style.

• Be responsible for accurate budget management, record keeping and forecasting of resources relating to design
• Co-ordinate, maintain and update content on the Group’s intranet and internet sites to ensure information is relevant, timely and up to date.
• Maintain and develop an easily accessible electronic photographic library and other Group promotional /display material co-ordinating booking of resources for Group activities.
• Maintain a library of brand images and royalty-free images, obtain stock images from outside sources as and when needed and assist in the provision of images and logos for other marketing purposes
• Work effectively as a member of the team proactively adding value to internal processes and contributing to the delivering of team and individual targets.
