I have over 20 years experience in the ICT sector and am considered expert in the sales and practical application of new technologies to “real-world” business environments. My application skills focus is in both Sales & Marketing and Project/Change Management.

I work as a Sales and Negotiation Trainer and have worked for HP Sales Teams in Spain, Mexico, Colombia and Argentina, as a Sales Accreditation Consultant for BT in the UK, for Lenovo, Cisco and others.

I have exceptional international experience and success in sales and project management roles undertaken in Europe and the Middle East. Working for important sector specific clients (including government, corporate and business education organizations) I have gained an important understanding of client’s varied business benefits and how to sell them.

I have also achieved top level results in complex project and consulting assignments requiring design and implementation of information services impacting on existing business methodologies and creating new ways of working. I am an excellent team builder and communicator and am qualified to Master level in NLP and Coaching.

I enjoy work that involves people interaction and have great experience of multi-national and multi-culture working environments. I am a top class speaker, presenter and trainer.

I provide freelance resources for sales and negotiation training to a number of ICT companies including BT, HP (5 countries), Lenovo, Cisco and others. My consulting/project management roles have included doing work for Sony, Toys "R" Us, Visa, the European Commission, the Dubai Government, the Ras Alkhaimah Government and other lesser known organisations in Europe and the Middle East. I also act as an interim manager for EMEA on behalf of Intuition Consulting who are based in Singapore. Intuition have developed a range of blended learning solutions and related consulting services in the sales performance arena that some consider to be unique. Global agreements with several major ICT companies are the foundation of their current and fast expanding business.

Originally working for the e-Supply Chain Management company “Meadowhouse” which was later purchased by Kewill Electronic Commerce division of Kewill Systems PLC, see www.kewill.com. My responsibilities were for all aspects of Sales and Marketing. I opened offices in Spain and Germany and created a series of international business alliances. In '98/'99 I was responsible for the design, development and launch of a new Internet/Web based e-logistics service which when deployed to the customer base resulted in a 39% increase in corporate revenues.

Initially with the UK's premier EDI Service, Tradanet - a joint venture between ICL and GEIS and later taken over 100% by GEIS. My business development focus was on growing EDI services within various industry sectors particularly the UK retail sector including the major supermarkets. Performance award winner in 1992. Also responsible for sourcing and promoting early examples of added value e-Commerce solutions - for example, software applications giving electronic control of product deliveries to consumers.

With Dialcom (UK) Ltd, a division of BT supplying Electronic Messaging Services. Responsible for one of the UK Sales Teams working with major accounts to supply On-Line Information, email, and the early adoption of BT's X400 services.

Infolink was the first company in its sector to computerise it's services for online delivery via private and public network connections.
