Senior Training Manager with AUDATEX (UK) LTD - Management of very busy training centre, specialising in the training of auto-repair estimators, body shop managers and insurance engineers.

• Developed and managed a very successful IT training centre and remote training programme in Theale, Berks, with 8 staff that trained up to 3,500 delegates annually.
• Trebled revenue for department (£292K - £875K) within 18 months in a very negative industry, mainly due to referral and customer care strategies
• Clients included; Insurance companies; Churchill, Cornhill, Norwich Union, RSA, Esure, plus Ford, BMW, Peugeot, Vauxhall, VW, Porsche, Dixons and many large and small body-shops.
