Provided metrics design consultancy and managed in-house training to set up the metrics schema for the organisation, and implement the necessary process changes.

Programme management expert witness in a major (60M) Information Systems arbitration instructed on behalf of the respondent, instructed by CMS Cameron McKenna. Provided expert opinion and reports on delay and other project and programme management issues. Also addressed issues of requirements management and variations to contract as causes of delay. Assisted counsel in case preparation and opening statements. Case settled day before hearing was due to start.

Supplied PRINCE 2 project management, planning and process advice on Serco's bid for the Transport Direct Portal project to the Department for Transport.
