• Deadlines where met in advance. Created schedules, working outlines, outline of the event, and supervised every area of the production
• Design for the company’s publicity, bookings of services, personal relationship with venue, vendors, sponsors, high profile guests and celebrities
• Event hosted 3000 guests, including high profile diplomats, United Nations officers, award winning international Art Directors and international artists
• By creating the right context and atmosphere, the event served as a niche for the consolidation of further projects and collaborations.
