| He is passionate about enabling individuals, teams and organisations to reach their full potential, and believes in developing long-term and meaningful client relationships As a consultant, facilitator and coach, he focuses on helping individuals, teams and organisations: • Align their organisational development strategy with their organisational strategy • Engage their people in their organisational vision and strategy • Develop effective organisational leadership and management • Create high performing teams • Enable effective internal partnerships and relationships Within the education sector, he has extensive experience of working with: • The Centre for Excellence in Leadership – he leads on organisational development partnerships with a wide range of FE colleges and consortia. He works with leaders at all levels throughout these organisations – from Principals/CEOs and Senior Management Teams through to middle management. He is also a lead facilitator, coach and tutor on CEL’s Routes to Success, GOLD, Train to Gain, 14-19 and Principals’ Qualifying programmes • The National College for School Leadership - he worked with the NCSL’s National Leaders in Education (NLEs) on leadership development • Barnet Education – he has facilitated away days for the Barnet Pre-School Inclusion Team and the senior team at Oakleigh School As an independent consultant, facilitator and coach, his clients have included West LB investment bank (leadership development), Her Majesty’s Prison Service (Prison Governor leadership development), ARK – Absolute Return for Kids (senior team development in London and South Africa), The British Red Cross (executive coaching and performance improvement strategy), Barclays Bank (internal client relationship excellence), O2 (senior team development and customer excellence programmes), Ashridge Business School (change management masterclasses), Hutchison 3G (senior manager development) and London Underground (senior manager development). Prior to this, he held leadership roles in two major organisations – Tesco (Human Resource and Change management) and Coca-Cola (Change management and Commercial management). He has an MBA with Distinction from Ashridge, is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, and a Member of The Chartered Management Institute and The Institute of Management Consultancy.
