Our History

We provide a Telemarketing service to companies in all sectors. Our office is based in Fuerteventura, one of the Canary Islands based off the East coast of Africa where we focus on outbound telesales activities. By the use of our staff we can provide you with a one-stop shop for all your telemarketing requirements.

We aim to build long-term relationships with our clients and feel that good communication, setting expectations and providing a quality service are the keys to a successful outsourcing partnership. We provide feedback at every stage of the project and give you as much help as you feel necessary.

Our people

We always aim to recruit the best telemarketers possible and look after our staff, giving them a structured training and remuneration package according to their personal skills base. Our culture encourages professionalism, teamwork and improvement suggestions. Our manager is available to staff and customers at all times. Currently we have 4 telemarketers.
