Honeywell Safety Management System
Honeywell provides safety controllers. Those are similar to PLC but they are safety related and are used for heavy industries like chemical and oil industry.

The controller cantinas many different hardware modules. Those modules have their own application and embedded software. As a member of the embedded software team, I developed different embedded software.

The Safety Manager Module:
This is the main controller of the Honeywell Safety Manager.
Mission:
- Developed embedded software for Philips 68K processor.
- implemented embedded real time flash programming utility using 68K assembly language.
- Developed embedded component test design using Rational Team Test, Rational Robot and Microsoft word integrated with Rational Tools.
- Develop Embedded Module Test Report Design using Rational Team Test, Rational Robot and Microsoft word integrated with Rational Tools.
- Solving software bugs

The Safety Manager interface module:
This module is interface for new generation. It give de controller the ability to communicate through Ethernet (TCT/IP) and RS232.
Mission:
- Developed embedded software under OSE TROS for Motorola PowerPC processor
- Planed with ISPE tool (Honeywell tool for planning)
- Analysed the requirement using Microsoft word integrated with Rational SODA and Rational Requirement manager (Rational RequisitePro).
- Designed embedded flash programming utility with Rational Rose and Microsoft word integrated with Rational Tool
- Implemented embedded flash programming utility under OSE TROS with C language.
- Debugging embedded software with Multi 2000 debugger.
- Developing Module Test Design using Microsoft word integrated with Rational, Rational RequisitePro and Rational Team Test.
- Develop Module Test Report using Microsoft word integrated with Rational, Rational Team Test and Rational Robot.

The Plantscape module
This is an interface between the controller and the computer in the control room.
Mission:
- Developed embedded software under OSE TROS environment for Motorola PowerPC processor.
- Made plan for the project with ISPE tool (Honeywell Tool)
- Relocated all system call of OS9 TROS to OSE TROS system call
- Redesigned the embedded software using Rational Rose
- Implemented embedded software with C language using GreenHills compiler and OSE TROS.
- Implemented TCP/IP interface under embedded OSE TROS.
- Implementing Embedded Real Time request handler with C programming language under OSE TROS.
- Tested the embedded software with Rational Robot.

JTAG technologies.
JTAG technologies provides boundary scan test solutions. As a member of the software team I developed software application under windows platform. I used QT environment which is integrated to Microsoft Visual Studio.

To support the backward compatibility, functions must be imported into the new environment.
