Currently working as a business consultant on several projects amongst others, a feasibility study on the viability of a franchise network for a parts distribution company, this is now been taken to the next stage I am working on the business plan and rising finance. I am also working with start-up and early stage companies, this involves assistance in business planning, raising funds and providing on-going strategic advice.

Started two business from scratch the second was a move into a different product area.
Developed budgets and forecasts. Negotiated with landlord, banks, invoice financing and VC’s for funding.
Planned all the marketing campaigns, web site and the literature.
