Employment History
(Apr 2004 to Oct 2005)
Implementation Analyst
LondonBased in Marylebone, myself and a team of 8 administrators, provided the Track & Signalling Departments (this includes approx 133 managers, 158 operational managers, 48 technical & administration, 79 agency and 958 operational staff) with a comprehensive administration, licensing, training and learning and development service. My main accountabilities included acting as Performance Appraisal Facilitator, Training Coordinator and Investors in People Champion. As Performance Appraisal Facilitator I carried out various appraisals on management and administrational level and identified all future possible training needs. These were monitored closely and arranged within the budget of the various departments. I acted as the liaison between the company and training providers and also facilitated short in-house courses. I was trained as facilitator for the Metronet Change Management Initiative. Upon implementing Oracle for Metronet SSL, I acted as link between the company and Oracle Architects and lead the initiation of customising the HR Management System. Upon completion I wrote step-by-step guidelines for day-to-day use within the administration department. As Investors in People Champion I had responsibility to resolve conflict and acted as mediator between Learning & Development, Senior Management and Operational Staff.
