A Trainer and an Implementer for the various modules of SAP:
HR (Personal-Administration, Organizational-Management, Time-Management),
FI (GL, AP, AR), CO. Developed training materials (User Manuals, presentations).
The role included classroom and one-on-one training and implementing, for hundreds of users.
The team consisted of project managers, consultants, ABAP programmers and trainers.

• Worked as a Trainer/Implementer on 2 large governmental SAP projects:
# 1: The National Israeli Electricity Company - “IEC”.
# 2: The National Israeli Telecommunication Company -“Bezeq”.

• Implemented SAP modules: HR (mainly), FI, CO, to hundreds of end-users.

• Worked on a full life cycle: Training Material Development – Training Delivery – Go-Live.



• On HR modules - OM, PA, TM, implementation included:
o Main transactions and workflows
o Navigation, execution and analysis of reports and tools
o Organizational Maintenance
o HR Administration processes
o Employee Data (Info Types) Maintenance

* Have general knowledge of other HR modules such as: Training & Events, Recruitment, ESS.

• On FI modules – GL, AP, AR, implementation included:
o Navigation, main transactions and workflows in GL/Vendor/Customer accounts
o Basic financial business processes and reports
o Master Data maintenance, correspondence and closing, payments

• On CO, PCA modules - implementation included:
o Intro to Controlling and the flow from Financial Accounting
o Maintenance of Cost Centers and Profit Centers
o Processes: Planning, Allocating, Period-end closing
