▪22 years experience in the Department of Employment & the Department of Trade & Industry, 5 of which were spent in roles concerned with training and policy, practices and initiatives for the long term unemployed and 6 years in roles concerned with identifying developmental training needs of middle and senior managers within the Employment Services as well as assessing & verifying NVQ’s. Designing, organising and delivering training events resulting from this.
