With broad experience of IT troubleshooting and installation this candidate has experience of correcting TCP/IP faults by amending IP addresses in routers, switches, workstations, servers and printers. Occasionally using commands such as ipconfig, ping, tracert etc to pin down problems. Past achievements include rectifying mistaken configurations in Cisco 1801/K9 routers at customers premises, thus achieving completion within the deadlines defined by the target clients service level agreement (SLA).

Some m/cs (HP dc5xx etc) needed memory and HDD upgrades others (old compaqs) were swapped out with new HP dc7700. All systems had to be re-imaged using Symantec ghost from CDs, additional work was required to upgrade the multiscreen "gantry" controllers, an ALBOS. This contract was run by PSM support.
