October 07 to Present NHS Direct ESR Systems Administrator

My responsibilities include administration of the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system (Oracle HRMS) user profiles and responsibilities. As well as any project work that needs to be carried out against the system. Administration of the e-KSF link to ESR and also administering users profiles. Assist in producing Ad-hoc reports from the trust legacy data for internal and external organisations. Support the trust with the transition from legacy systems to ESR.

May 05 to September 07 Department of Health Data Analyst

I am currently working on the UK wide data migration of Payroll and HR data from NHS legacy systems to the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system (Oracle HRMS). As well as constant monitoring of data migration progress my main responsibilities are also to map the legacy data to ESR and answer/respond to NHS queries/error reporting. I have successfully completed the migration of a total 31 NHS organisations to the ESR system in two waves of rollout. I am currently in the early stages of the final wave of rollout which comprises of a further 12 NHS organisations. This data migration for this wave is due to end in April 08.

August 04 to February 05 Revolution Promotions Ltd Field Representative

My responsibilities as a field representative included the use of below the line marketing techniques in the sale of npower gas and electricity products to consumers in their homes. Running teams of sales people too consumers homes in the Yorkshire area. Running road trips to destinations such as Scotland to carry out sales for npower in Edinburgh.

August 02 to September 03 National Grid Transco Business Analyst

As a business analyst at National Grid Transco I have been involved with a Transco wide implementation of SAP and a Transco wide re-implementation of MIMS. Some of the specific tasks involved were SAP implementation training at a basic level, business process re-engineering, data audits of current data within the MIMS system, drafting reports such as for the data migration of currently utilised data into a reconfigured MIMS system. The presentation of that data/report to project management. These tasks were undertaken to specification and deadlines were met. I undertook varying types of training these included PRINCE2, facilitation, report writing and presentation skills courses.
