My role within Miles Recruitment is the Driving Consultant dealing with all classes from van to Class 1

Clients include Comet, Faccenda, MJ Church to name but a few

Role involves Account Management, New Business sales, Drawing up of Contracts, Payroll etc
Enjoying this role but feel that in this company my progression is going to be limited and would like to have more of a career structure in place with a larger more established company

Primary role was to generate new business in a short space of time using all resources available
The team was very small consisting of only 3 staff which included the Director who was also an active recruiter
