Testimonials
| His track record is impressive. ~ London Evening Standard Adie demonstrates a key value in that he is able not only to listen but also to hear, which is rare. Most coaches who have had the misfortune to sit and listen to the BW view of the world apply the signs of a sage and then default to manual, which is why they came in the first place, immediately alienating my good self. ~ Barnaby Wynter, Managing Director, comms unit, London Adie thrived as deputy chief executive of a national charity. His dedication, clarity, amiability and professionalism led to his success. As a coach and consultant, his incisive insight is so impressive. Though this is what you might choose to hire one for, in many cases they fall short of the mark. Adie is bang on target. ~ Thomas Lawson, Deputy Chief Executive, Prisoners Abroad, London During the six months I was coached by Adie, I got to know him pretty well. He was considerate, considerately pushy (where required), irritatingly insightful, and focussed. If I went off track he gently pulled me back and reminded me what I needed or had promised to do. ~ Mark Woods, Managing Director, Statius Management Services Ltd, Kent His unique blend of quiet reflection, commercialism, diversity of experience and a pragmatic approach to business and relationship building makes him a valuable asset to consult in any business environment. ~ Lisa Rowles, Business Development Manager, TMI, London He gets results. I have seen him remove deep rooted fears in a matter of minutes and completely open up the potential of people’s lives. Yet he is humble with his successes and continues to learn and develop. ~ Michelle Loughney, Director, Fetch Ltd, London [Adie] is so intoxicatingly powerful. Answers seem to come easily, things happen for [him] with little effort. ~ Deborah Peters, Legislative Chair for California Association of Mortgage Brokers, Los Angeles You have made a splendid contribution to our work. You have managed to achieve much for this charity and the Trustees wish to thank you – as do the young people whose lives you have improved. ~ Councillor Mrs Anne Mallinson OBE, Deputy Chairman, Divert Trust, London Adie inspired me! His coaching can only be described and changing my life in terms of both my professional and social life. He pushed me out of my comfort (“victim”) zone to help me realise my potential. In the months Adie and I worked together, I was promoted and achieved profit margins 40% higher than they were before. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Adie. If you are willing to leave your “comfort” zone – no matter what your role – you MUST work with Adie! ~ Jamie Brook, Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant, The Works UK Ltd., Leeds Adie works alongside me as a coach on the Life Talent Programme, he is focused, reliable and sound combining a solid technical background in personal development with deep care for his coachees and bright flashes of insight and humour. ~ Julian Russell, Managing Director, PPD Consulting Ltd, Creator of the Life Talent Programme Adie has the ability to effortless exude soft, gentle peace. He draws people to him. How does he do seemingly so little, yet create so much? ~ Amanda Hughes, Management Development Director, Gala Group, London While I was coached by Adie, I took voluntary redundancy after almost 15 years with the company. However I am pleased to say that Adie’s support, vision and imagination were equally valuable in helping me find a new job. Good ideas and techniques can be used in any field. I would have no hesitation in recommending Adie. ~ Tony Telford, (Former) Field Sales Manager, Sharp Electronics UK Ltd Adie is an exceptionally honest, direct person and a clear communicator. He and continues to offer support and follow up recommendations if he meets resistance or reluctance. He has sincerity, integrity and inner reserves of strength and vitality. I recommend him. ~ Jane Scott, Knowledge Director& Acting Head, London Sustainability Exchange Adie gives that certain quality of attention that changes people. His easygoing personality hides a fine eye for the part of the problem that needs tapping to change the whole system. His humanity, enormous talent for getting on with people and wicked sense of humour – always aiming at the heart of the matter – means can lead you to look at an issue, gently challenge your perspective – he never lets you get away with “stuff” that’s getting in your way – and get to the ‘ahha!’ without apparently doing much at all. ~ Andrew Lightheart, Director, Cobalt Consulting, Singapore Since working with Adie, I have been promoted within a specialist sector within my company where I will be looking after specialist key accounts turnover up to £1 million a year). I believe the experience and the guidance I have had with Adie not only helped me to this position, but will give me a lot of confidence in managing this account base in the future. Last, but by no means least, Adie taught me that “selling should be FUN". I’d recommend Adie to anyone. Thanks a million. ~ Paul Zaveckas, THE, Visual Key Account Manager - Midlands / North Adie sees the whole situation. He understands the wheels of the organisation, 'If you do this here, it will affect that there, and that....' He does this in a way that helps you see and understand it. When he smiles, you feel you could trust him with your life. People go away feeling they've met a special man. He has that 'Je ne c'est que' that gets the best out of people. ~ Gabrielle Gaché, Managing Director, Power of Words, Hampshire I love [Adie’s] BS detector. He gives that certain look that brings you right back to reality. Cool! ~ David Hagen, Strategy Consultant, United Nations, Geneva, Switzerland As soon as you meet Adie you become aware of his genuine interest in you. He has a fabulous skill of asking just the right question or challenging your behaviour a way that his few words inspire many in your own mind. In some ways, he is a modern day Confucius, saying a few words of wisdom leaving you to realise your own destiny without him judging or imposing his opinion. He is always a pleasure to be around and his calm nature can often give way to an infectious humour. Michael Christon, Managing ~ Director, Enhance Business Coaching Ltd, Edinburgh |
