| My experience in training has been vast. In a short amount of time i have been given the opportunities to work with many types of people in different surroundings. I have travelled with my training and have had to adapt my training styles to meet the styles of those i am training. I have good knowledge of VisionPLUS and Equasion as i work for FDI the creators of these programmes. I have experience of coaching and mentoring, managing a team, reaching targets and the creation of material. I have a lot of credit card knowledge and but also a lot of soft skills as well. One of my biggest attributes is my passion for the job and the high standards i set my self. |

Training & Development Consultant
BasildonI officially started this role in august 2006 but have been doing it since early 2005. I firstly started training internally and new starts on our systems and also on soft skills. This also involved DDA and compliance. I would have to learn and create new material when we got a new client. Before this role i was a team leader and would be constantly coaching and mentoring my agents. At the beginning of this year i was promoted to the client training team. I get sent out to our clients all over the world and train our products to them. This is a much more professional role. As i don’t know the places i am going i have to be ready for any thing, such as not having the right equipment in their training rooms for example.
