I am a postgraduate in Globalisation, Development and Transition with key experience in project management and project monitoring and evaluation gained from working for CARE International. I am also experienced in research, designing and implementing surveys with excellent report writing skills.
I worked as project officer for more than 2 years at CARE International where I gained experience in project management, project monitoring and evaluation. I am also experienced in conducting surveys, questionaires using both quantitative and qualitative research methods and data analysis.
I conducted research with regards to the Strategy to Strengthening Institutional Support for Girls' Education for CARE Education project in Cambodia. I also worked as a consultant for the Rural and Education Programme of CARE International, exercising a new qualitative research method known as the Most Significant Change (MSC) which was then used through out CARE International, Cambodia.
