Joined the bank after completion of A'Levels on their Management Development Programme. Progressed rapidly to the position of Manager's Assistant. This held the responsibility for the running of a portfolio of accounts on a day to day basis along with supporting the Manager. Also specialised in Mortgage Advice, taking of securities and staff training.
