I am an experienced construction and Project manager, who combines site knowledge with professional and academic application. I have a record of career progression based on successful team management and the achievement of project based objectives. I have also gain a valuable knowledge, skill and academic competence in the area of facility management, project management, construction management, and surveying in the past 10 years.

I have been responsible for all post contract/commercial management, frameworks and managing contracts relations to the programme of works on various projects, Project consultancy work i.e Construction management, Facility management and Project Management . I support a range of private sector projects specialising in pre-construction set up, cost management and lifecycle costing. Production of risk assessments, method statements and optimum deployment of site staff. I have previously worked as a site/project manager on a number of projects ranging from new build, refurbishment works, social housing development, private development, and with various clients, like the NHS, Local authorities, Rail sector, and the London Underground.
