My position specifically involved to improve the content of the Visit London website. I was involved in research and telephone enquiries about historic, cultural and artistic places in London. Liasing with a wide range of contacts, compiling reports and notes, updating the website

Consultant and manager of works for an engineering agency.

Project Manager in the real estate department for the Winter 2006 Olympic Games. My position specifically involved to manage under the administrative, design and technical aspects the construction of two surgeries and the refurbishment of the emergency in two hospitals.

Director of the Town Management of Rivoli (Turin), responsible for 40 employers technical officers and 15 workmen, managing a budget of 12,5 millions of Euro. My position specifically involved the management of:
• maintenance and commercial improvement of the town Real Estates, like schools, historical buildings, publics offices and houses, developing a new BMS, to update the quality processes as I was used as a Manager of the ATC Torino.
• a yearly programme and a three-year plan for the Office and the publics works,
• sub-services (aqueducts, sewages, electrical system); urban road network; environment; health services; town gardens; streets and squares maintenance;
• complex planning and regeneration projects to improve the commercial use and touristic development of the public Real Estates in a historical and naturalistic context: technical agreements for projects with Provincia of Turin and Region Piedmont about the environment; the ‘Circuito Residenze Sabaude’ and ‘Corona verde’ (historical residences of the Savoia Royal family), projects with Coldiretti (Union of Farmers) concerning the environment, agreements with the towns of the Collina Morenica for the creation of a common Environment Office, managing and controlling the area and inform the public;

Director of the Regional Park La Mandria (Turin) responsible for 20 employees and technical officers and 75 workmen, managing a budget of 17 millions of Euro. The responsibilities involved the enhancement of the issues of the Real Estates of the Park and also the management of all the offices: technical, human resources, administration, financials, secretary’s offices etc., and the weekly reports to the Board.

Manager of the Maintenance Service of the Publics Housings Agency of the Province of Turin. The job involved supervising the maintenance of houses (about 33.000 apartments), sub-services, FLS procedures, energy control, mechanical and electrical equipments, lifts, private roads and parks.
It also involved designing a new BMS and a planned preventative maintenance and the reorganisation of all the maintenance contracts to assure high level quality processes, including about 50 employees with a budget of around 15 millions Euro.
