Operational and System level activities models captured key elements of system interaction with the Users. Communication exchanges had been mapped to support requirements in the main documentation.
Chaired workshops and facilitations with internal and external clients. The facilitations assessed Requirements alongside British Army doctrine. The subject matter experts also provided the ‘to be’ processes from the current ‘as is’ set-up. The workshops were conducted with appropriate stakeholders and domain experts.
Responsible for project planning using the Ms Project toolset. The plans were developed to assist the team with a clearer definition of the workload objectives.
