Having gained membership into the CIPD I created a training solutions company and continue to work for that company as its consultant/contractor delivering behavioural and management development solutions to numerous clients on an interim basis.

• Delivered an inaugural training and development strategy for 800 employees based in London, Prague and 16 other countries.
• Introduced a dynamic communication methodology for learning and development department
• Using the full training cycle developed business process experts into training specialists, therefore reducing costs and creating performance improvements
• Introduced mentoring and coaching, to existing staff to enable knowledge and skill growth from experts to other employees.
• Re designed and maintained an e learning solution for over 500 TCIP experts for courseware and examinations
• Liaised with both legal and governmental officers in the requirements of L& D for other counties: French Training Investment and Czech Invest being examples

National Grid Plc Shared Services Sept 2006 – May 2007
• Designed and delivered a cultural change workshop to over 1000 people introducing the company values and behaviours that improve performance and working environment.
• Trained 15 incumbent staff members to successfully deliver the workshop to colleagues, giving the workshop more creditability, reduction in costs and developing staff members with new skills, knowledge and attitudes.
• Managing a team of training consultants successfully implemented a strategic training programme for new recruits, from induction to competent sign off.

• Delivered the Bronze Excellent Learning Facilitators course to different clients. Assessing and passing over 120 people in line with the competencies required by the National Qualifications Framework. Co - wrote the Silver Award and workshop, which was also successfully delivered to 17 clients to date.

Transco Utility Company Aug 2005 – Jun 2006
• Introduced mentoring and coaching for excellence, to existing staff to enable the setting up of a new fully operational office of 2400 people within training budget and time scale.
• Designed and delivered a mangers workshop in how to manage using the corporate Values. This challenging facilitated workshop changed the behavioural patterns of many of the managers, which resulted in less staff turnover, improvements in sick leave and an improvement on team performances.
