Role involves writing and presentation of strategy pieces/pitch books, financial modelling, news flow and market trend analysis, proposal writing and internal training (finance and telecom sector).

Advised a potential purchaser of the Indian mobile company Hutchison Essar by providing a review of the target business through public and data room information to obtain a valuation and analysis of the appropriate bid strategy

Review of incumbent’s 3G “beauty contest” licence bid
Corporate strategy piece for international bandwidth provider (including pricing and volume forecasts)
Advising on the bid strategy for a set of Middle Eastern FWA licenses
Due diligence of a Croatian ISP and Fibre to the Home provider
