AltonI started as Telesales Executive, promoted to Telesales Manager. Recruited and trained 6 Telesales Executives. Responsible for motivation, lead generation, managing personnnel. Went on to Business Development Executive. Responsible for lead generation, account manageing new and existing accounts, up-selling new products as and when they were released. PPC optimisation of accounts. Proactively monitoring and analyzing performance of campaigns. Suggesting ways in which to improve performance then optimising advertiser keyword lists and ads. Thoroughly analyzing campaign content, quality and accuracy through extensive reporting tools;
Providing detailed walkthroughs of User Interface functionality to new and existing clients / agencies on the phone and in face to face meetings;
Accomplished at identifying client technical problems be it with the user interface, campaigns or traffic sources, ensuring that timely and satisfactory solutions were provided;
Monitoring traffic on a daily basis, liaising with traffic, technical and finance departments in the analysis of core data and making adjustments and refunds where required;
System and procedural training to all new members of Mirago staff and brainstorming ideas for upgrades of internal systems and testing of new functionality before launch to clients.
