| After nearly 15 years as a PA at board level in varying companies, I have set up my own company based in Oxfordshire but offering a service nationally. I have clients ranging from market research agencies to publishers to local individuals and companies. The work is varied (transcripts, copy typing, database creation and management, document typing, presentation creation and email marketing campaign management) and I have comprehensive experience of Word, PowerPoint and Excel. I believe in quality, accuracy, timeliness, honesty and manners and I do not pay lip service to these. |

Farringdon, LondonMy responsibilities involved running the day to day life of the Managing Director and his business partner (diary management, document typing, PowerPoint presentations, liaising with clients/suppliers, meeting arrangements, travel arrangements, etc.). I also had overall responsibility for office administration which included every aspect of equipment maintenance and review (from the server to light-bulbs), liaison between staff and management, recruitment of permanent and temporary administrative staff, accounts and marketing support and taking minutes and dealing with delicate, confidential business matters for the Board of Directors.
