LondonAs a freelancer, Jake delivers video/streaming & web-based projects and consultancy to many industries and several leading streaming media providers. Jake has been involved at all levels from technical implementation and management all the way up to purely strategic consultancy.
These projects include elements of platform & project definition & management, live webcasting, video production, post production & encoding, audio engineering, web design & development and web & streaming hosting. LondonJake was contracted to work with existing platforms and consult on the development of several new broadcast and streaming platforms (inc. BT Vision) within BT Media & Broadcast, the digital media and broadcast solutions arm of British Telecom.
Jake’s responsibilities included managing the delivery of live streaming presentations to internet & mobile devices; setting up and managing stand-alone streaming channels; managing broadcast content digitisation & delivery and providing technical pre-sales support.
