Employment History

(Jan 2006 & ongoing)

Director

Harrow

Recent projects include:

- Propensity model for international charity. Monthly mailing volumes reduced from 65k to 45k per month, with an increase in net income of about 12%.

- Sales forecasting and econometric modelling for large car manufacturer.

- Benchmarking report for Global Expense on business expense expenditure by the UK workforce. This involved the analysis of over 3.5million expense claims GlobalExpense had processed from over 60,000 employees, with the highlights contained in a 24-page report – Employee Expenses Benchmark Report 2007 (available at http://www.globalexpense.com/contact/report.php).

- Bespoke database development for Jay Training Services: JTS provide training services for ex-offenders referred to them by the Probation Office. The first stage of this project involved identifying all the stakeholders and understanding their requirements from the database. I then wrote the functional specification. Once this was signed off by the client, I developed an Access database to help with data collection, monitoring and reporting. This project has considerably reduce administration time for JTS, giving them more time to focus on the excellent service they provide.
