- Process Improvement:
„XI was responsible for the business improvement projects dealing with classification of business processes and redesign/reengineering them with help of main known frameworks (as PCF /APQC , BPI or BPR) ;
„XI was directly involved in training client¡¦s staff to adopt process improvement schemes and also acted as catalyst / facilitator to take on board process improvement initiatives based on common models ( as ISO9004 , Kaizen , 5S or Focus PDCA) .

- Quality Management/Quality Frameworks:
„XI was actively involved in planning and managing technical processes based on business modelling tools , techniques and industry standards such as ISO9001;
„XI am well experienced in coaching/conducting initial system audits based on basic management standards such as ISO9001:2000 and OHSAS18001:1994; as well as establishing quality management schemes(QA) and/or developing quality tools and techniques ;
