Presenting and negotiating at Board level, this involved the design, preparation and delivery of Training Modules tailored to suit the client, ranging from Sales Techniques, Management into Leadership and Presentation training. In addition I am employed in a consulting role for ACES Ltd dealing with all new business, “pre-qual” assessments and all ISO and health & safety audits, reviewing and adapting all company procedures and policies to ensure they fit within the organisation.

Responsibilities include the Management and development of all national accounts to a value of £22million with full P&L responsibility. 112% of target in first full year, which involved the design, preparation and delivery of pricing, policies, promotions, T&C’s and negotiations at Board level. Managed and won consecutively for 5yrs the National Wimpey Housing contract worth £2m per annum.
2000 – 2001 – Hager Ltd, Promoted to Divisional Manager. Main responsibilities included the management of 4 regions with a combined turnover of £24million with a cost centre budget of £2million with full P&L responsibility, in addition to Managing the Bristol Region (£8million). People Management of 4 Regional Managers, 3 Key Account Managers, 8 Technical engineers and 24 sales Executives. Restructured the entire sales organisation (£40 million business) and developed a new business strategy, the introduction of a Specification team.
1995 – 2000 – Hager Ltd, Crawley Regional Manager. Selected over peers to relocate to the S.East and to set up and develop the market and a new Regional Office. Responsibilities included recruitment and training of all staff, locating the premises and managing the project. This involved liaising with builders, telecoms, local authorities and IT professionals as well as creating a new market and building the Sales from Zero to £3.5m in 5yrs

1992 – 1995 – Hager Ltd, Promoted to Bristol Regional Manager. Developed S.West business from a turnover of £2.5m to £8m in 6 yrs with a cost centre budget of £500,000. Directly responsible for 14 staff including 1 Key Account Manager, 9 Sales Executives, 2 Technical Support Engineers & 2 Customer Service Assistants. Delivery of sales training to both internal staff and external customers. Achieved highest region 3yrs consecutively and maintained the highest margin in the Company.
