I have recently left my role as an Executive Coach working for BUPA to start working in a freelance capacity. I am looking to develop some affiliate business relationships working with high quality coaching and training organisations. My most recent position was as an executive coaching working for BUPA B2B sales delivering coaching and training support to the senior management team and National Account/Corporate Account management communities. I am going to use my experience to develop my own coaching practice for both individual and personal clients.

Responsibilities and deliverables:

• Exclusively responsible for delivering coaching support to BUPA’s National Account Managers, Corporate Account Managers, Senior Management Team and Operations Team.
• Responsible for the Analysis, Design, Delivery and Evaluation of all skills, motivational and knowledge training for the Corporate Business Sales teams.
• Designed, Developed and Planned the Implementation of internal succession planning model incorporating the whole of B2B Sales.
• Utilised around the business as a Facilitator for meetings and workshops.
• Delivered coaching support to individuals in all roles in line with personal development and succession planning.
• Design and delivery of training strategy in line with the strategic business plan incorporating all employees across the business.
