Remit – define & develop the Commercial capability of the organisation through the transition of the Forensic Science Service from an Agency of the Home Office to a Government owned Company.
Delivered – introduced structure, direction & process across the spectrum of commercial capability. Undertook development of all Commercial teams and business development process for management of UK Criminal Justice sector Clients, which, accounts for over 80% of their existing market. Ensured development of capability sufficient to undertake business development through the reform of the Police Procurement agenda and reverse pattern of previous contract losses.
Outcome - Key Client accounts established with revenues considerably in excess of business plan expectations. Sustainable processes and key personnel introduced ensuring succession and continuity.

• Built & delivered the strategy which established a pharmaceutical outsourcing supply market within Europe
