Undertook development of all Commercial teams and business development process for management of UK Criminal Justice sector Clients, which, accounts for over 80% of their existing market. Ensured development of capability sufficient to undertake business development through the reform of the Police Procurement agenda and reverse pattern of previous contract losses.
Outcome - Key Client accounts established with revenues considerably in excess of business plan expectations. Sustainable processes and key personnel introduced ensuring succession and continuity.
