Jan 2006 – Present: Castle Heights Ltd.
Project Manager (Contract ending in March ’07) – Pelican House/Peckham – Three distinctive housing blocks with a total of 80 flats and 2 commercial units design and build that maintains the original façade. The project will provide mixed housing accommodation (shared ownership and affordable rent) for this London area as part of the Local Authority plan of improving and raising the living standard of habitation. Pioneering a new system of construction well established in Australia (AFS hollow panels) it enables fast construction, reducing the cost of internal finishes and time of internal fit out and exterior curtain walling.

June 2005 – Nov. 2006: Eugena Ltd.
Project Manager – Drurry House / Holborn – complete refurbishment of office and lobby with new M&E new ceiling, lighting, floor switch board CCTV, new welfare facilities. Ann Tailor Centre – on going new three storeys timber frame kinder garden new building and refurbishment with change of us of the old kinder garden. For this type of fast track projects, maintained a productive relationship with related chain supply and contractors, the position required continuously adjust workflow to accommodate changing project’s needs and to prevent exceeding budget cost.

Sep 2004 – June 2005: Verry Construction Ltd.
Project Manager - Newham 6th Form College, a £2.3 million dual use new design & build and fit out art and leisure extension centre. With a view on energy conservation and use of alternative materials to promote an environment friendly development.

Jun 2001 – Jun 2004: McNicholas Plc.
Project Manager - Fresh Wharf Barking - £2.4 million speculative industrial development divided into ten units to accommodate various tenants’ requirements
Taking active role on the design phase of a 2500 m New Design & Build unit of speculative development of office/ retail, facilities roads, parking, services areas, fencing and Riverside Walk. Leading the Site team and co-ordinating sub-contractors. Liase with Contract Administrator on all project’s issues maintaining a very good relationship with the Client. Completed the project in time securing future works on this development.
Tollgate Retail Park Colchester £5.4 million
Refurbishment upgrade of an existing fully trading retail park, comprising new frontages to all 12 stores and external car park upgrade. Major packages included demolition, new structural steelwork, terracotta façade cladding, new services and landscaping.
Established good relationship with client and tenants based on very open and honest communications and commitment to the highest quality work. Completed the work on scheduled time to Client satisfaction.
