I have spent the last 7 years working within the digital arm of Euro RSCG Worldwide – Euro RSCG 4D Digital. I was on the board of Euro RSCG 4D Digital and on the executive board of the EHS Brann Group (Euro RSCG Worldwide direct marketing division). I left as a Managing Partner.

During my 7 years at Euro RSCG 4D Digital my key recent accounts were Barclays, Bayer HealthCare, Barclays Global Investments and bmi. Previously I had also managed Intel, cahoot, Abbey National, COI, NHS, Argos, Polaroid, Department for Transport and Evian.

Specific Projects and Achievements at Euro RSCG 4D Digital

I led the successful pitch to redesign the bmi consumer website. The work won the BIMA Award for best website. After four months, we secured all of the digital business away from other agencies. bmi became Euro RSCG 4D Digital’s second largest client in just one year.

I worked on the successful pitch for the launch of the Department of Transport’s Journey Planning website. After the results of the online brand awareness advertising were revealed, the director at Dynamic Logic said “In all of my experience I have never seen results as good as this.” This resulted in all of the advertising spend being moved to digital.

I managed the site redesign work for ishares.net (Barclays Global Investments). The creative, IA and project management team exceeded expectations working on a pretty tough client. This resulted in the Global Marketing Director telling all his agencies that the work represented the best articulation of the new brand design that he has seen.

a) needapresent.com: I developed a strategic proposal that included a strategic review of their website and a marketing strategy to drive traffic to the site. This response included: SWOT analysis, competitive review, critique of their current site, best practice website design based on key areas of their website presence that needs to be improved, marketing strategy recommendations including leveraging web 2.0 opportunities: maximising customer engagement and interaction via User Generated Content (UGC), blogging, RSS, leveraging social networking and mobile opportunities.

A strong motivator
Motivating creative, technical, planning and IA teams is really important to me. I get enthusiastic about producing the best ideas for our clients. I believe this greatly helps motivate all the people I work with.

I am very good at gaining clients trust and this has consistently led to the development of new projects and increased billings for the majority of clients that I have worked on i.e after 4 months winning a site redesign pitch for bmi we started to manage all of their digital business and became the second largest agency client in a year.
