• Final assignments leading Programme Assurance team on a £20 million government capacity improvement scheme and bidding a $9 million global implementation to one of the oil super majors.

• Assigned to BP April 2004 – June 2006 to develop and roll out a Group Standard for the management of Control of Work.
o Development of Standard via management of a cross-group leadership team
o Set-up, monitored and obtained lessons learned from 8 global pilots to extrapolate group impact and build cost model
o Group rollout of GAP Analysis tool and processing returns to prepare business case
o Rollout of Standard across BP
o Managed legal, IPR and Trademark issued relating to supporting IT applications
o Project cost $40 million with estimated savings of $500 million over 5 years.

• Successfully won and delivered assignments in a number of sectors:
o Managed five projects, as part of a £70 million strategic migration programme, for Lloyds TSB
o Specified methodology and managed due diligence on Siemens for Barclays Bank in relation with a proposed £300 million outsourcing project
o Communication manager for the acquisition of Accucard by Lloyds TSB
o Undertook a 2 month review of Barclays Offshore telephony operation to address capacity issues. Subsequently retained on a year assignment to project manage the design, pilot and implement the selected solution; outsourcing a sub-set of calls to Barclays Stockbrokers in Scotland, annual savings of £175,000 p.a.
o Won a £300,000 hardware contract for BT Ignite bidding into Halifax IF.
