With fifteen years of experience in human resources consultancy, John Wilson delivers a range of personnel and development services to the commercial and non-profit-making sectors. As an accredited Investors in People adviser and licensed assessor, John is able to use the framework of the National Standard as best practice to support organisational development. Amongst his toolkit are accreditations as an EQ-i Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Business Practitioner and Ericksonian Hypnotherapist.
He is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and is a Certified Management Consultant with the Institute of Business Consulting. Prior to focusing on the field of Human Resources, John gained experience in various operational and consultancy roles, including periods as an inspector for the Michelin Guide and as a Business Development Manager for the Hospitality Training Foundation.
