I have over 20 years experience of operational and financial management in a wide range of locations, with a strong emphasis on managing commercial catering and retail environments. I am used to working to strict targets in high pressure environments, and have highly developed interpersonal skills, with proven ability in team building. For the past six years I have been working in a commercial role based at Heathrow Airport, combining management accounting expertise with direct operational management of five Area Managers, and business with nearly 200 clients.
Much of my time in recent months has been involved with developing catering and retail solutions for the new Terminal 5 at London’s Heathrow Airport, along with building business cases for Capital works and appointing project managers and principal contractors.
Having spent 7 years travelling daily from Dorset to Heathrow, I am now looking for fresh challenges, and the opportunity to utilise my expertise a little nearer to home.
