An accomplished Business Consultant and chartered IT professional with 25 years experience in large commercial and governmental organisations in the UK and abroad that included operations, general and project management, founding a niche consultancy, Business and IT alignment and active participation in mission critical development and improvement programmes.

Achievements
• Undertaken freelance assignments across various industry and market sectors both in the UK and abroad. Assignments ranged from providing strategic direction and Business Consultancy to Senior and board level management through to hands-on participation in the delivery of mission critical development programmes. • Delivery of 2 projects (one for Scottish and Southern Energy and one for Scottish Power) working as an associate Principle Consultant for SAIC (UK) a large American consultancy principally to work on their Utilities client base.
• Co-founded and executed the setting up of a new Business Consultancy, Ecesis Ltd. Responsible for promotion and marketing of Ecesis within the business improvement and business development market sectors. Conceived and developed intellectual property (IP) for assisting businesses grappling with changes and challenges in their respective commercial environments. Managed the delivery of consultancy services, conceived and delivered a commercial framework for the sale of the Ecesis’ IP.
• Assisted in setting up the EMEA managed services consultancy arm for Hewlett Packard. Played an active role in employing consultancy resources, participated in pre-sales activities that accrued in excess of £3 million consultancy with positive knock on effects of sales in HP products which accrued in excess of £5 million. Managed and participated in the delivery of ‘visioning’ workshops (2/3 day events) using HP’s innovation lab which I had helped to re-design and setup to meet the workshop needs. Managed the delivery of 2 mission critical projects one for BT and one for GlaxoSmithKline
• Engagement Manager covering Spain and Norway for Seer Technologies (UK) an IT Systems Integration Vendor that was expanding its EMEA portfolio. Working closely with our key partner (IBM). Negotiated contracts that accrued in excess of $15 million for the business. Managed the delivery of three mission critical programmes; 2 in Spain for separate Banking clients and 1 in Norway for one of the largest national telecommunications companies.
