▪ Contracted to facilitate the implementation and introduce project management disciplines for the £8m change programme to introduce a new pay and grading structure for the 5500 university staff.

▪ Developed and delivered new websites for www.uktradeinvest.gov.uk and www.dti.gov.uk and related CRM applications and web analysis.
▪ Involved in commercial negotiations for over £1m additional revenue in the year and pivotal in renegotiating the JI Service Level Agreement.

▪ Additional Services Manager for the £232m Libra Project, responding to change controls raised by the Department of Constitutional Affairs or Magistrates’ Courts Committees Line-managed a team of four and matrix-managed forty impactors and project managers, plus the Libra contractual catalogue and a Catalogue Manager
▪ Overall responsibility for Change Management on the project, managing and tracking up to 200 change controls and 150 Tasking Orders, ensuring contractual timescales are adhered to and reporting progress to clients.
▪ Southern Implementation Programme Manager responsible for programme planning and career development for five PMs deploying Office Automation to half of the 11,000 users in MCCs throughout England and Wales. Personally managed OA deployments to Surrey, West Midlands, Devon & Cornwall and Avon & Somerset.
▪ Also held positions as Business Analyst; Resource and Project planner; Implementation Manager for an OA pilot and Migration Manager for Inner London Magistrates’ Court Service for the migration of staff into a Centralised Accounts Office.

▪ Managed the team defining the requirements for an Enterprise Resource Planning application for the Security Print division of De La Rue, a made-to-order manufacturer with a £50 million annual turnover and over 700 employees in the UK, Ireland and US.
▪ Produced an ITT and followed a detailed supplier selection process to build a business case. Undertook contract negotiations and hosted workshops to finalise the selection.
▪ Delivered several smaller projects; designed localised databases for customer orders and utility bills; managing the outsourcing of IT training and recruited IT staff.

▪ Championed the creation of a database system to dictate investment decisions for enhancing existing stores in the supermarket business.
▪ Designed, developed and implemented the first windows systems to provide MIS for Sainsburys stores. Trained coordinators, writing end-user materials and on-line help.
▪ Designed, tested, implemented and trained staff on ICL EDACOM software to introduce a loyalty scheme into Petrol Filling Stations.
▪ Managed a team of analysts to assess the performance of the pilot of a £25m sales-based replenishment ordering system to prove the business benefits of the systems.
▪ Retail Store Management, managing teams of up to fifty and sales of over £18m p.a.
