He is a Director and co-founder of BASIS LIMITED - a leading provider of innovative public sector transformation, successfully improving organisational performance often in the face of conflicting stakeholder agendas and considerable public, media and Parliamentary interest.
He has a proven track record in strategic consultancy, change management and executive coaching supporting CEOs and their Board members to aid corporate, team and individual effectiveness especially through periods of major change.
Nigel’s consultancy and coaching styles are flexible and can be directive, facilitative or supportive depending on client requirements and specific circumstances.
Nigel is a Chartered Director, a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, an internationally accredited Executive Coach, a Certified Management Consultant, a Certified Business Analyst and an accredited Project Manager.
Prior to founding BASIS he was a managing consultant with Mindworks and previously one of HM Treasury's most experienced efficiency review team leaders.
