| Twenty plus years experience of consultancy and development in the voluntary sector. This includes working with and for a range of local, regional and national organisations including CVSs, Hospice, training organisations and community empowerment networks. Previous clients have included Charities Evaluation Service, Wirral Learning Partnership, Wigan Hospice, National Community Transport Association, National Lottery and local authorities. Contracts fulfilled include development of on-line fundraising management services, evaluation of youth service provision, evalution of services for people with disabilities provided by Department of Work and Pensions, training in EO for public, private and voluntary sector and community consultation excercises for local authorities and LSP. Setup and manged local Community Empowerment Network, Learning Community, Voluntary Sector Training Network and Wirral COMPACT development group. Instigated the first successful VCS consortium bid to the local LSC.
Attracted funding for and developed a number of new services delivered by the CVS including mentoring services in partnership with the Commonwealth Games Legacy Programme, entry level Quality Standards training and mentoring services for grass roots community groups.
