Atos Consulting – Executive Adviser to Business Consulting UK CEO. Sébastien combined two roles: Corporate and Delivery. Corporate: Sebastien was part of the programme management of Business Transformation: his role was to formulate the communication plan and the reorganisation planning for the new business structure. His responsibility also extended to sales reporting. Delivery: Sebastien delivered of the Target Operating Model of Business Transformation.

Atos Consulting – Resource Management. Sébastien’s main objective was the effective and efficient deployment of consultants to value adding engagements, i.e. fee paying projects, bids, or other internal work. This was achieved through the following activities: allocation of resources, understanding demand and supply (both internal to the practice, internal within Atos Origin and external through associates and the contract market), providing management information, working in partnership with Consulting Management, contributing to pastoral care and communication, working closely with HR in the area of people management and recruitment (manpower planning, candidate assessment).

Vodafone – Supplier Programme Management (SPM) Model lead. Sébastien‘s responsibility was to build a forecasting SPM model, a task that included advisory Programme Management expertise to Atos Origin Account managers. Sebastien facilitated UK Workshop (AO/ VF Team) and modelled post workshop repeatable process blueprint, he collated a list of potential Improvement Projects and activities, developed an excel model to simulate the desired score outcome, and tracking templates for team improvements (Project Definition, Opportunity Evaluation, Status reporting sheet etc).
Luton Borough Council – Independent Foster Care Agencies Procurement Rationalisation. Luton Borough Council has children on long term placement with Independent Foster Care Agencies, and uses multiple Independent Foster Care agencies to care for the children. Sébastien’s responsibilities were to gain understanding of the Foster Care environment and map the stakeholders of the Foster Care department. He developed a proposal for Independent Foster Case procurement.

OGC – Design OGC Programme Office. OGC runs multi-disciplinary projects across the public sectors. Sébastien was responsible for designing a tool kit of programme management tools tailored to OGC needs: Quick Wins update, Benefits methodology agreement, Investment Board reporting, Strategic Procurement wave reporting, Benchmarking, Project Status update, Programme Management Charter.

DWP - Incapacity Benefit Case. The DWP Scotland, Greenock Job Centre Plus (JC+) has been running an innovative programme to try to stimulate 'back to work' people on incapacity benefits.
The JC+ engaged Atos Consulting in a short 8 week assessment of the Greenock experiment to validate its findings with a report. Sébastien was responsible for delivering the benefit case (excel model and visio mapping), which included rigorous analysis of past and new performances, identifying quick wins, and training the client with basic business performance redesign skills. Sébastien designed a bespoke training kit.
MOD - the Merlin Helicopter Future State Business Case Development. The Merlin Helicopter Integrated Project Team (IPT) had to put together a business case following the MOD Investment Approval Board (IAB) programme to be able to invest in the Merlin Future Capability. Atos Origin was engaged to provide Programme Management to build the business case. Sébastien was responsible for delivering the business case which was built on managing the key stakeholders (MOD, OGC, DTI, aircraft supplier), a structure and benefit plan, and running risks analysis workshops with the MOD and its aircraft suppliers.
Ealing Council – Front Office process redesign. The project involved managing the mapping of current business processes for the leisure department of Ealing Council. Sébastien successfully deliver the ‘As Is’ mapping and trained Ealing staff on process mapping. In addition he introduced good project practice by teaching the Ealing staff standard workstream lead management tools (weekly report, risks, issues, MS projects, budgeting, and delivery quality assurance).
MOD, DCSA - Renewal of communication equipment. The MOD was looking to replace an aging communication system, and hired Atos KPMG Consulting to model replacement scenarios that were costs effective, without losing the integrity of the frontline need for communication equipment. Sébastien was responsible for building the model functional requirement definition, to facilitate the model technical definition and to deliver the business case for change.
Harringay Council - Procurement for Small and Medium Enterprise. Sébastien worked closely with the client to deliver a series of generic tools that would enable the local authority to open their supply chain to small and medium size enterprises. Sébastien created ‘issues log templates’ to log barriers of entry to the local authority, and proposed a set of new contract clauses centred on the community engagement of the local authority and use of subcontractors. Sébastien implemented a ‘SME checklist’ following standard procurement processes to guide the local authority procurement officers.
AT&T - Network Cost Reduction. Identification of unused circuits that AT&T were paying to the local PTT; Sébastien was the workstream lead for the analysis team; his role included the design of AT&T service line analysis and the identification of the potential redundant circuits. Sébastien successfully lead his team to identify multi million pounds savings.
O2 – Supply Chain Training. Atos KPMG Consulting was hired to complete the Oracle implementation of the supply chain transformation of O2. Sébastien’s tasks were to understand the basics of the Oracle base systems, and the terminology behind the inventory cycles in order to create a low level training manual accessible to new employees and third party supplier. He mapped O2 inventory procedures, and wrote an inventory manual based on O2 inventory protocols and Oracle11i specific inventory functionality. He facilitated training for O2 and O2 supplier (Hayes Intl).
