Career Summary
Set up his first company in 1982 and ten others in both manufacturing and service sectors. One being the first and largest management consultancy in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) between 1989 and 1993. The company worked with clients to invest over £200m into CEE.
Advise multinationals on foreign direct investment throughout CEE.
Director of the EBRD project for the School of Privatisation in St. Petersburg.
Consultant on the first World Bank project working with a £200 million fund in Russia.
Director of UNP (Canadian fund) in Poland (assets over £55m).
Director and shareholder in Poland’s Mass Privatisation Programme (managed £250m assets).
CEO of management consultancy in central Europe (group employed 450 staff).
Director ICL Poland 1998-2000.
In Jan 2001 created Mantle Executive Development specialises in commercialisation of intellectual property, IIP and finding grants for investment into central Europe.
