As an experienced consultant I have implemented third party software in financial institutions e.g. Midas in Fortis Bank (five countries), UBN and Bank of Japan, UBN, Ariba at Lloyds TSB, Staffware and Reveleus at Barclays. I have been on both the bank side and on the vendor side and am therefore able anticipate the likely risks and issues that will arise in any implementation.
