Synopsis : Implemented a major upgrade to Staffware for Wealth and a Data warehouse in India & UAE for Barclaycard.
Achievements:
• Project managed the delivery of a critical Staffware upgrade for Barclays Wealth.
• Project managed the delivery of Iflex - Reveleus Cards reporting suite and a data warehouse for Barclaycard in India and UAE. Successfully managed users in UK, UAE and India and third party vendor in India.

Synopsis : Worked with Treasury Product Managers to develop Cash Concentration, Multi bank Cash Concentration, Global Billing, IACH products to expand the bank’s product range in London. And Europe.

Synopsis : Responsible for managing the migration of the ‘Equation’ Retail Banking application from RPG to Java. I had to develop and manage a portfolio of five multi phase work streams spread between Bangalore and Slough.

Reviewed our processes against Sarbanes Oxley criteria and initiated remediation work. Also prepared several applications for outsourcing.Developed business cases for new projects.

Synopsis : Application Support Manager with 35 staff an ITIL environment. My activities included: developing and monitoring business cases, programme plans, stakeholder and sponsor management, project reviews, coaching Project Leaders, analysts and developers. I worked with the business and the development teams to ensure release schedules were developed, the contents agreed with the business, development and testing were monitored and implementation took place successfully.

Synopsis : Appointed to rescue a run away project. J2EE / ATG Software Development and Processes, Matrix Management. QA. Configuration Management, RUP, UML . This was a full Java / J2EE RUP, OOA/ OOD environment.

Synopsis : Programme Manager for a portfolio of seven e-commerce projects. I was responsible for obtaining estimates, developing business cases and plans, tracking and budget responsibility. Retail banking applications included migration from IBM4700 to NT, Ariba, SWIFT, CHAPS and BACS payments. RUP, UML and MS Project were extensively used.

Synopsis : As part of Wealth Division’s Change Management Team - responsible for a portfolio of 12 projects and for 10 staff / £15m budget for e-commerce, BACS and CHAPS integration and other projects. Prepared business cases, undertook initial business analysis, sought and obtained budgets, managed stakeholders, held steering group meetings, organized testing and Release Management, Matrix Management, QA.
