I have 20 years experience in industrual training, gained mainly during my stay in South Africa, and also in the security sector in London.
This includes management training, mentoring of graduate engineers, training apprentices and plant operators.
I also have wide experience in working with adult learners having lead an upliftment program to teach English literacy to non english speakers.
Returned to the UK in March 2004 and have been managing a training department for a company in east London. The main focus of this has been training security guards for licensing with the Security Industry Authority (SIA)
