I have successfully transformed Incorpore from a mere concept into the UK's largest supllier of health and fitness benefits. Keys to our success has been the recognition and acceptance that every company has unique goals and incomparable teams of employees.

We now have nearly 200 corporate clients with 400,000 employees using our health club initiative and can boast that most the major corporate employee benefit consultants are on our books.

Headhunted to help transform a failing country house hotel which belonged to the prestigous Virgin Hotel Collection. Achieved a massive growth in occupancy and avergae room rates in the first two years. Established Buxted Park as a premier conference venue and became the nominated supplier for Kelly Services UK Training and hosted the innaugural Lloyds TSB Staff Fun Day for 3,000 people.
Achieved record sales in 18 consecutive weeks in 2000.

It was here I first realised and proved that healthier and happier employees were more reliable, more effective, more loyal and plenty more profitable!

Worked in various management roles including Sales& Marketing Banqueting and Finance. In my time at Jarvis our hotel grew from sales of £1.3m in 1993 to £5.8 in 1997. We were instrumental in Birmingham's regeneration and benefited from Euro 96, The Eurovision Song Contest, The G8 Summit and The Ryder Cup.
