Since 2001 I have managed the growth of Incorpore - the health club company making it into the largest supplier of health and fitness based employee benefits in the UK. We currently run the health club wellness solutions for some of the UK's largest companies such as Millets, L'Oreal, Specsavers, Toshiba, Jewsons and Grant Thornton as well as companies with as few as 5 employees.
Before this I spent 12 years working in the Hotel and Leisure industry in various management and sales roles where I first established that a more active and health focussed team took less time off sick, were more productive, more profitable and more committed to staying with the firm.

Established Buxted Park as a premier conference venue and became the nominated supplier for Kelly Services UK Training and hosted the innaugural Lloyds TSB Staff Fun Day for 3,000 people.
Achieved record sales in 18 consecutive weeks in 2000.
